Everyone in the office is friendly and efficient. The scheduling is great and I had little to no waiting time to get called into the back. I absolutely appreciate all the staff with their willingness to answer all my questions and their attitude of helpfulness. Never did I feel they were rushed and they treated me like I was the only patient there. I cannot say enough about Dr. Lopez. He is friendly and very approachable. He is patient in answering my numerous questions, included my husband in his answers and just plain made me feel so mentally comfortable with the procedure. His technical skills are superb....from the numbing shot to the stitches....no issues and such a calming way he proceeds with what he has to do. I could tell he is concerned with his patients and even giving out his cell phone number. Lastly, he himself called me the night of the procedure to check on how I was doing. That is a caring doctor in my opinion. I would definitely recommend anyone to Dr. Lopez's office without any hesitation. You get the feeling you are in good hands from the time you check in at the front desk, thru the procedure and back out the door. He should be very proud of everyone in his office. They are an example of a super team, helping make an unpleasant procedure into a calming, "don't fret, you are being taken care of" experience.

I have known Dr, Lopez for many years. His skill as a oral surgeon is unmatched. He is highly professional and extremely skillful concerning implants and related procedures.

Dr. Lopez and his staff made me feel that I am in good hands. With surgery coming up soon, I have no worries.

All of the staff are professional and put patients at ease. Procedures are discussed in-full and a time-line is planned. There are no surprise expenditures as prices are explained throughout the process. While having periodontal surgery is not pleasant, the staff is quite comforting and understanding toward the patients. I highly recommend this practice for periodontal concerns.

From the moment you enter the office, you know you will be well taken care of. Prompt, friendly greeting from the receptionists. Little wait time before you are called back. Each person who came into the exam room was friendly, but also explained what they were going to do (xray, etc.). Dr. Lopez even popped his head in to say hello, ask me how I've been doing, etc. Never have I felt rushed or like a conveyor-belt patient. When he's done with what he has to do, he puts his instruments down and lets you talk. It is hard to convey how these comments add up to superior service, but please know that from the time you enter the office until you leave the office, you have the feeling that they all genuinely care about you and your health issues. It's kind of like visiting a friend who has the skills to address your medical needs. Wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lopez's practice!

Excellent experience. Everyone was very kind and caring. Very relaxed atmosphere and very professional. Dr. Lopez was thorough, down to earth and very caring and patient in explaining things to me, and he didn't charge me for anything more than what was necessary. I didn't have to pay for an expensive 3D x-ray that other periodontists said they would have to do in order to diagnose me. The while office was very clean and pleasing to the eye, and the whole experience made me feel relaxed and well cared for. I would highly recommend Dr. Lopez and his team.
